Your First Year With Us
Months 1–2: Foundation & Bootcamp
You’ll complete our 8-week Bootcamp — an immersive, practical training program that teaches everything the licensing process doesn’t. You’ll work closely with Bootcamp Mentors who guide your learning, answer your questions, and hold you accountable to the plan you commit to.
Months 3–6: Confidence & Momentum
This is where the real work begins. You’ll host open houses, start prospecting, build relationships, and learn how to stay consistent even when confidence dips or results come slowly. We are beside you — but you’re the one taking the actions.
Months 7–12: Building Like a CEO
The habits you form early on become the systems you rely on later. With ongoing weekly training, mentorship, and a supportive community, you begin operating with clarity, discipline, and purpose. This is where you truly grow into the CEO of your business.
